Baked Turkey Tenderloin

Turkey tenderloins are an easy food to prepare. Just add some seasoning and bake for an hour. They can be served with steamed or roasted vegetables or on top of salad.

Ingredients

  • 2 turkey tenderloins

  • Olive oil

  • Red pepper flakes

  • Coriander

  • Juice of one lemon

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • Optional: salt (if the turkey is unseasoned)

Instructions

  • In a baking dish, drizzle a little olive oil and place turkey on top of the oil.

  • Season with red pepper flakes, coriander, garlic, and lemon juice.

  • Top with butter and bake at 350F for 60-70 minutes.
