Carrots with Guacamole

Instead of dipping chips in guacamole, try carrots. Snacking on carrots is a great way to eat more vegetables and the guacamole adds some healthy fat. 

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado

  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • Juice of half a lime

  • 1 tablespoon salsa a

Instructions

  • Wash, peel, and cut carrots.

  • To make the guacamole, mash the avocado, garlic powder, salt, lime juice and salsa together.
