Creamy Yogurt Vegetable Dip
This is an excellent alternative to store-bought ranch vegetable dip and creamy dressings which are filled with preservatives. The only preservatives in this dip come from the grated parmesan cheese. Eliminate them by leaving out the cheese and add salt to taste. This sauce can be served as a dip or used as a salad dressing. Keep in the fridge for up to three days.
Ingredients

½ cup plain yogurt

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon finely chopped chives

½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar

½ teaspoon dried dill
-
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together until the oil blends with the yogurt.
